Asparagus with Parmesan
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Coat the asparagus in olive oil, season to taste, then roast or broil the asparagus until tender.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with the cheese and return to the heat to melt the cheeese.
  3. Plate the asparagus and serve.
